1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Security

- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. fmxbd reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.
- Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until fmxbd has accepted it and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets submitted during system downtime, connectivity issues, or at a time when the relevant market is suspended are not valid until formally accepted.
- Odds changes: Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In-play markets may suspend temporarily due to significant game events. fmxbd is not responsible for any disadvantage suffered due to a delay between a real-world event and its reflection in in-play odds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

- Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other activity prohibited by applicable law.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, fmxbd reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze the balance pending investigation, and permanently close the account upon conclusion of the investigation. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their balances — including both deposited funds and accumulated winnings — forfeited in their entirety, at fmxbd's sole discretion, where the prohibited conduct has materially affected the integrity of the Platform or resulted in financial harm to fmxbd or other players.
8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property
All content on fmxbd — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, images, logos, trademarks, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of fmxbd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

10 Limitation of Liability

fmxbd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fmxbd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fmxbd shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or actions of government authorities.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11 Privacy and Data

12 Amendments to Terms
fmxbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Upon termination of your account for reasons other than your own breach of these Terms, fmxbd will return any verified, withdrawable balance to you using the payment method on file. Where termination follows a finding of material breach, fmxbd may withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
14 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which fmxbd operates.
